There was an issue with a refund and per your advise the credit card did a back charge. Well now Viator won't accept any of my credit cards. I have fabulous credit and have charged thousands of dollars worth of tours with you.
It's a simple matter to resolve and I don't know why Viator can''t get it fixed.
I have booked a couple of times after speaking to a manager and expediting it.
Unfortunately most of the time no one will let me speak to a manager when I try to book or the manager says they are busy.
I have always loved this company until now. I travel all over the world and now I am forced to book through other companies. If there was someone to speak with this problem could be resolved.
