Whenever I try to log in - comes up " reset " and an e mail will be sent - never arrives ! So, I can't log in to my account and there is no one to speak to - most frustrating.
Have noticed that when I try to enter their web site - comes up Viator Inc. when in the past it was Viator.Com. Is this the problem ?
I now have several bookings made previously but can't log in to see or amend.
I have two separate e mail addresses both of upon which I have separate Viator accounts - both are now inaccessible. I have bookings on both but can't track down anyone to help. Did see a phone number and when I called all the man said - " Send a letter " !! Very poor customer help or caring.
I have had very good service in the past but this treatment is disgraceful.
