Hi, Issue is that we booked the Bike tour in Berlin via viator and we could not take up the as we are identified of not taking enough skill to take up the same. We would like to know the process of refund for the same.
To complaint the above issue , I tried calling international customer service via web call .
Since I have the Booking reference number already , I pressed button 2 and then when it requessted to enter the Booking reference number, I am type the number consecutively but somehow its not getting identified . I have also dropped a mail to email@example.com Kindly do the needful.
