We contacted Viator after coming back from our Amsterdam vacation. Tour of Zaanse Schans Windmills.

Marken and Volendam half day Trip from Amsterdam.We were looking forward to seeing how Cheese was made at a farm We were taken to a retail cheese shop and then given a 3 minute explanation of cheese making. this is not how it was described in the brochure. Viator has refused to acknowledge our complaint saying that the vender will not give them an adjustment therefore we will not get an adjustment.

we dealt with Viator not with the vender. The rest of the tour was good our only complaint was the bait and switch of the Cheese farm
