A month after booking and paying for a zipline trip in Mazatlan, I received an email from the Viator rep, Elizabeth Vega, changing our pickup time from 12pm to 9am, and said "...we hope this does not cause any inconvenience". The reality is that it does indeed cause an inconvenience.
I booked the time that I did for a reason, and that reason has not changed. When I attempted to rectify the situation via email, there was no response over the course of 4 days from either Viator or Elizabeth Vega. What I would expect is a full refund or reinstating the original pickup time.
What I got was silence. Thanks for nothing
