We had purchased a shuttle for 2 from Viator. Upon arriving at Orly I called them and they said a driver was on the way and told us to where to wait for him.

After 20 minutes I called back but kept getting put on hold and to leave a message. No response so called back at 45 minutes after original call, same thing, no response. So we took a taxi which was actually CHEAPER then their shuttle. We called when we got to the hotel and told them we needed a credit, and the girl we spoke with told me she had sent 6 drivers!

Such a lie, we asked for a supervisor to call back, I emailed them, with no response. HORRIBLE company, avoid them at all costs!!!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
