Stay away from this company. Do not waste your money.
I booked a skip the line ticket to Academia Gallary in Florence. They sent me a confirmation on the time that I did not book for and saying I have to pay 100 % cancelation fee. I simply cannot go that time. I did not know I would get that time when I booked.
That is how they make money by giving us the time we cannot come and charge the full amount. I spoke to the customer service and they told me that I did not read the disclosure. I could not believe what they did to me. I trusted the name: Trip Advisor.
They just ripped my money off. I am lucky I did not book any other tours with them.
Stay away!! This company completely spoiled my vacation.
