Injury on trip

I fell in one or the trips booked with you they said the insurance would help with the trios I couldnt take toe cost to get me home in US as I couldnt walk with my fractured knee, the hotel cost I didnt use but no one has contacted me. I guess I need to get a lawyer involved???

Very bad service and not anyones can solve the issues. Its very bad luck to book online with Viator for Melbourne river cruise. Theyre just scam and ripping off peoples money and they dont take responsibility at fault. Very bad not happy and disappointed!!! First and last, I dont recommend any one booking through Viator and watched out for Melbourne River Cruise. Not to book online have it cash pay and better off cash refund easier faster grrrr

We booked an excursion to Kochi which we thought was in Japan, as all the other excursions we booked were under Japan. However Kochi is also in India. I'm sure they did it on purpose, who reads the fine print. As we were going to Japan, India was out of the question. So we asked Viator to kindly refund our money but they don't give a dam about the customers only their pocket. Ok it was our fault for not reading the fine print but it shouldn't have been under all the sights in Japan. Very sneaky if you ask me. Come on Viator refund our money and do the right thing.

I have booked an activity to visit Eiffel Tower. We paid to Viator 192 for 6 tickets for second floor without line. But the guide from the agency said that the ticket is a normal ticket. So we are in the line for more than 3 hours waiting for the tickets. Furthermore, we paid 32 for each ticket that costs 18.1 Could you explain this unpleasant situation? this is a rip off and terrible customer service!!! We are 4 adults and 2 seniors. My husband and I received an on-line voucher Booking Reference #BR-106112****/Confirmation #144722**** for the Louvre Skip-the-line with Digital Audioguide & Seine River Cruise for Thursday, September 21, 2023, 10:00 am. The email stated the voucher was not our tickets and we were to meet a representative from

Fifty Wonder's for our actual tickets 15 minutes prior to our start time.

We arrived 45 minutes prior and waited, in the rain, for over an hour. The person was a No Show. We called Viator several times and were given a direct number to contact Qualium Tours. When we called them we only got a recorder that stated to call back later.

This is a Con.

I'm expecting a full refund as it was Viator's reputation I relied on when I book this tour through them and I will be reporting this as a SCAM to the Better Business Bureau. This treatment is unacceptable and it requires your prompt attention.

It muddled up two of my trips ending in me having to cancel one and having to rebook at a more expensive price and the 3rd booking not showing in my bookings luckily when I contacted customer services they corrected it and the third trip then showed in my bookings and luckily I had waited and not booked it again

Hi - I have raised complaints to them for my booking 107865**** and spend hours explaining them the situation about tour operator not allowing us on the tour due to kid age limitations and viator is now refusing to refund the money even though we have not taken up the tour.

I reserved two tour tickets for Montserrat with cog wheel train ride in Spain for September 22 at 3:00 but never received a confirmation email. Can I verify the two ticket reservations and get a confirmation number? There was a confirmation number at the end of the purchase but I did not write it down because I thought I would get an email.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using Viator for years and it continues to amaze and frustrate me that the tickets do not include ESSENTIAL, PERTINENT, and IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Specifically, they do not PROVIDE the EXCURSION'S DURATION TIME nor THE COST PAID which are necessary for trip planning and budgeting purposes. Please explain why this significant information is not included on tickets. Customers should not have to search on the site for the information after buying the ticket. Also, customers should not have to tell an experienced company how to do its business. Jane Miller
